The Cubans are responsible for the assassination of an American President. The man's name is Philippe Quentes he is now in his early seventies. A group of industrialists want to hire the Sea Demons to go into Cuba and bring him out to face charges. He's kept in a fortress called El Diablo Alcazaba. They are tired of our government's lies. Nine administrations have kept the truth from us and with the Sea Demons help it's going to end now. It's time the American people know the truth. The Sea Demons go on their first mission since claiming Captain Kidd's treasure. Their objective is clear. Bring out John F. Kennedy's assassin.
